Color Fields

I’ve decided to take another look at some of my photographs that I took for one series but never used and reinvent them for another series.

I originally shot these images for ‘The Sea Consumes Thee’ series and eventual I might add them but for now they are there own entity.

I’m just starting this series and calling it Color Fields. I promise you they look better on my monitor because I didn’t downsize them but I do for the internet so I don’t have to put watermarks on them. Ideally, when I decided to physically exhibit them they are meant to be rather large around 40×60 or bigger depending on materials used.

Here a few new pieces form the series.

I received a certificate from the City of Los Angeles for my work in the exhibition of Deep Roots!

You can see the rest of the series here;

The show was really nicely laid out, and a great juried group of artist too! One thing I’ve noticed is that in LA they try to take care of their artist and seem to appreciate them more than in Portland.

It was a great night, but I was to shy to introduce myself to others. Soon though!

Esty Shop!

Hello everyone!

I wanted to let everyone know that today I launched my Esty shop for affordable art!

It’s going to be different from my artwork that I exhibit in galleries. I have a lot of artwork that I create that doesn’t fit into my conceptual artwork series. I want to share it and have it in people’s home.

Each work is going to be printed just for you when it’s ordered.

Let me know what you think!

You can check it out here!
