Deep Roots Exhibition
I received a certificate from the City of Los Angeles for my work in the exhibition of Deep Roots!

The show was really nicely laid out, and a great juried group of artist too! One thing I’ve noticed is that in LA they try to take care of their artist and seem to appreciate them more than in Portland.
It was a great night, but I was to shy to introduce myself to others. Soon though!

Esty Shop!

It’s going to be different from my artwork that I exhibit in galleries. I have a lot of artwork that I create that doesn’t fit into my conceptual artwork series. I want to share it and have it in people’s home.

Jetty
My friend Caine is doing a bike tour of the US. He started from Portland, OR and meet up with Cami and I here in Long Beach, CA.
While he was here I decided to take him for a walk on the beach. The walk ended up being a location scouting trip of a grand total of 8.6 miles! It was all flat and on the beach trail or sandy area.

Behind the scenes
We just relocated to our new home in Southern California. It’s a nice change from the rainy city of Portland, OR.
A few days after we left it snowed in Portland! It was good for us because the drive was nice and safe, but as a photographer I really missed an opportunity for wonderful winter wonderland shots.
We’ve been busy settling in the new area and exploring. I’ve done a few photo shoots already but here are a few behind the scene shots from two!
